I think a wheel bearing is broken on my InnoPet stroller, what can I do?

If you suspect that a bearing in a wheel of your stroller is broken, you can do one of the following 3 things:

1. Claiming the manufacturer's warranty

Is the issue with the bearing or wheels occurring since the first time you took the dog stroller new out of the box? Then it could be due to damage during transport or a manufacturing defect. In this case, you can fill out the warranty request form.

Remember to send a video of the problem, the production number and a copy of your proof of purchase with your warranty request.

2. Replacing the wheel

You may find that a wheel becomes slightly stiff, or makes a squeaking/cracking noise during use. This is caused by moisture or dirt on the wheel base and/or axle. Read how to fix and prevent wheel creaking/squeaking here.
If it is the bearing that is broken or damaged, we cannot advise you other than to purchase a new wheel.

InnoPet does not have loose bearings as spare parts for the dog strollers.

3. Replacing the bearing yourself

We recommend this only if you are handy!
You could try replacing the defective bearing yourself with a bearing from the hardware store.*
InnoPet does not know what size bearing you need for the dog stroller. In that case, you should use the size of the removed bearing when purchasing a new one.

*InnoPet is not liable for any damage the user causes to the stroller by replacing parts themselves.
