If you wish to exchange a product, please register the return via this link: https://innopetnl.shipping-portal.com/rp/
When registering the return, you can specify that you want to exchange the product. The new product will be sent as soon as we have received and checked the returned product.
Should there be a difference in price, this difference has to be paid in addition, or you will receive the difference back to your account.
