Please note! If you want to change the delivery address of an order that has already been paid for, please contact customer service. Once the order has been submitted to the shipper, it is no longer possible to change it.
In your InnoPet account:
- Go to the InnoPet website and click on the account icon in the top right corner.
- Log in with your InnoPet account.
- In the left menu, choose the option address.
- Change your billing and/or delivery address in this window.
