How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed by us. You can check the status of your order via our chat, for this you need a service ID which can be found in your order confirmation.

If we are still working on the order, there is a chance that the order can be cancelled. It is important to contact our customer service immediately so that we can carry this out for you.

 

Has your order already been dispatched? Then unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel the order. You can then choose to return the package after it has been received by you.
