The white plastic tubes of my Hercules 2.0 are falling out of the axle. What can I do?

Have more questions? Submit a request

We understand the frustration that can arise when the white plastic tubes of the Hercules 2.0 fall out of the axle. These tubes are located within the axle and can become loose and lost during the frequent disassembly and assembly of the wheels. We aim to address this inconvenience for you.

If the tubes are loose: Pull the tube out of the axle, cover the outside of the tube with super glue and place the tube back into the axle. Wait until the glue is completely dry before putting the wheel back into the axle.

When you have lost one or both of the tubes: fill in the warranty request form to order new tubes. In most cases these will be sent to you under warranty.

If it is determined the tubes are not covered by the warranty, the cost for the replacement part is €4.95, excluding shipping charges. We are committed to ensuring that you can quickly get back to enjoying your Hercules 2.0 without the concern of loose tubes in the axle.

Upon receiving the new white tubes, we recommend using super glue or a similar adhesive to securely attach them. This can help maintain the tubes in place, even with repeated disassembly and assembly of the wheels.

If you have further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you.
