We provide a standard 24-month factory warranty on all InnoPet® dog strollers and bicycle trailers, except for the fabric and zippers, which have a 12-month warranty.
The following factory defects are covered by the factory warranty:
- All factory defects in the solid frame (24 months).
- All factory defects in the axles (24 months).
- All factory defects in the wheels (24 months).
- All factory defects in the safety harness/tethers (24 months).
- All factory defects in the fabric/covers and zippers (12 months).
