The cover fabric is torn at the seam

A tear arising on the seam of the fabric within 12 months of purchase is covered by the warranty.

Complete the warranty request here. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the production number of your product, to make the application even faster.

If you feel you are entitled to warranty beyond the 12 months after purchase, you can also fill in the warranty form.

It is often possible to order a new cover through customer service. Request a new cover for your InnoPet product. Your request can be processed faster if you add the production number of your product and your address in the request form.

Flat (air) tyre

Pneumatic tyres can go flat. Only under the following condition does a flat tyre fall under warranty: The tyre was already soft immediately after purchasing the product (new and purchased from an InnoPet dealer). When you try to inflate your tyre it immediately deflates again.
Make sure you always try to re-inflate the tyre first, before making a warranty claim for a flat tyre.

If the tyre is punctured while driving or transporting the product, this is not covered by the warranty. Chances are that during a ride the wheel ran over a sharp object.

You can fix a flat tyre yourself. If you don't know how to fix a tyre, you can watch one of the many videos on Youtube explaining how to patch a (bicycle) tyre.

If you can't get the tyre patched, consider using a product such as Slime to patch the puncture.

When the tyre cannot be repaired, it is in most cases possible to order a new tyre via the spare part request form.

A wheel swivels

Sometimes it happens that a wheel 'swivels'. You can see this by lifting the wheel in question off the ground and giving it a swish it. When the wheel turns, it does not turn straight but appears to have a wobble.

Have you been experiencing this problem since taking your stroller new out of the box? Then fill in the warranty request form and attach a video of the problem you are experiencing with your InnoPet Product. Please include the proof of purchase, your address and the production number of your product to speed up the processing of your request.

Are you experiencing a 'swivel' wheel with your InnoPet product and did this problem occur after using the product several times? Chances are that the damage was caused by driving the wheel too hard against a kerb or other obstacle. Damage caused by this is not covered by the guarantee.

You are of course free to still make a warranty request. Remember to include your proof of purchase and a video of the problem.

You may have to purchase a new wheel, axle or front fork.

Velcro does not stick properly

A large number of the InnoPet dog buggies have Velcro to connect the fabric cover to the frame.

If this Velcro becomes 'lame' or sticks together badly, there is probably dirt on the Velcro. Clean the Velcro.

Poor adhesion of Velcro is not covered by warranty.
Hasn't your Velcro been sticking from the moment you took the product new out of the box? Then fill in the warranty request form here with a photo or video of the problem.

Rust on the frame

Metal can rust. If you find rust on parts that are metal-coloured, such as spokes and rims of the Sporty Dog trailer Deluxe and Comfort Air Eco, this is not covered by the warranty. These parts should be cleaned and dried by the product owner after each outdoor use.

Places on the frame where there are screws can rust. You can prevent this by storing the buggy in a dry place and drying it well after every outdoor walk. If you find rust on or around screws on the frame, within 24 months of purchase, you may be entitled to warranty in some cases.
Fill in the warranty request form with a photo or video of the problem, a copy of your proof of purchase/receipt and the production number of your InnoPet product. Customer service will then consider on a case-by-case basis whether the solution falls within the warranty.

The frame is broken

Breaking the frame is covered by the manufacturer's warranty if the breakage was caused by a production error. This is only the case if the break occurs on a weld seam within 2 years of purchase. Fill in the warranty request form.

In all other cases, the breaking of the frame is not covered by the warranty.

A wobbling wheel

Do you take the product out of the box and experience a wobbling wheel? With pneumatic tires it may help to first inflate the tire properly with a (bicycle) pump. If this doesn't help, fill in the waranty request form with the copy of your proof of purchase/receipt and a video of the problem.
A wobbling wheel that occurs from the moment you take the product new out of the box, this will be covered by warranty.

In all other cases, the damage was probably caused by hitting the wheel too hard against a curb or other obstacle. Damage caused by this is not covered by the warranty.

You're welcome to fill out the warranty request form, anyway. Attach your proof of purchase and a video of the problem.

You may need to purchase a new wheel, axle or front fork.

A wheel squeaks or creaks while driving

If you hear a squeaking or creaking noise from the wheels while driving, you will need to lubricate them. This noise is caused by dirt and/or moisture on the axle or bearing of the wheel.

Follow the steps in this article.
Use a lubricant such as Vaseline (not WD40) and apply it to the axle or bearing of the squeaking or creaking wheel. Turn the wheel several times to distribute the lubricant.

You cannot claim under the warranty if the wheels squeak or creak.

The buggy is difficult to drive and the axle is probably bent

Has this problem occurred since you took the product new out of the box? Fill in the warranty request form and add pictures of the problem, a copy of the proof of purchase/receipt and the production number of your InnoPet product.

Did this problem occur after using the product multiple times? The axle was probably bent by hitting a curb. This damage is not covered by the warranty.

Front wheel 'clatters'

Does it seem as if the front wheel or one of the front wheels no longer touches the ground properly, causing the wheel to 'clatter' across the ground? If you have an InnoPet Comfort Air Eco or InnoPet Comfort EFA Eco, it may help to follow the steps in this article.

If the steps do not help or you have a different InnoPet product, the front wheel fork may be bent. Has this problem occurred since you took the product new out of the box? Fill in the warranty request form with pirctures of the problem, a copy of the proof of purchase/receipt an the production number of your InnoPet product.

Did this problem occur after using the product multiple times? This problem was probably caused by hitting a curb or elevation too hard.

This damage is not covered by the warranty. You may need to purchase a new wheel, axle or front fork to solve this problem.

Broken zipper

Damage to the zipper may have been caused by a production error or by an external factor (not handling the zipper carefully).

Damage to the zipper within 12 months of purchase will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it falls within the warranty. If the problem with the zipper occurs within a year after purchase, please fill in the warranty request form with pictures or video of the problem, a copy of the proof of purchase/receipt and the production number of your InnoPet product.

If damage to the zipper occurs after the first 12 months after purchase, the damage is not covered by the warranty.

Folding mechanism does not work

A number of the InnoPet dog strollers have a one-hand folding system. A cable runs inside the frame of these buggies that unlocks the folding system. When the one-hand folding system no longer works, it is usually because this cable has broken.

If this happens within 24 months of purchase, it is covered by the warranty. Please fill in the warranty request form with pictures or video of the problem, a copy of the proof of purchase/receipt and the production number of your InnoPet product.

Does the folding system break more than 2 years after purchase? Then this is not covered by the warranty. It is often possible to order a new frame via customer service. Request a new frame here for your InnoPet product. Your request can be processed faster when you add the production number of your product and your address in the request form.

The fabric on the push bar moves

Some of the InnoPet dog strollers have artificial leather or fabric covering the handlebar (e.g. Premium Cozy and Uban Eco). Temperature differences can cause the fabric to 'work', causing it to become loose and slide. Loose fabric on the push bar is not covered by the warranty.

Prevent this problem by storing the buggy in a dry place at room temperature.

White tubes in the axle are loose/falling out/lost

Some of the InnoPet dog strollers (e.g. Hercules 2.0 and Sporty Evolution) have white tubes in the rear axle. These white tubes are needed to hold the rear wheels in place in the rear axle. Read here all you need to know about these white tubes

If the tubes are loose: Pull the tube out of the axle, cover the outside of the tube with super glue and place the tube back into the axle. Wait until the glue is completely dry before putting the wheel back into the axle.

When you have lost one or both of the tubes: fill in the warranty request form to order new tubes. In most cases these will be sent to you under warranty.

Tear in fabric cover (not on the seam)
A tear in the fabric cover that is not at the seam is almost always caused by an external factor. Consider, for example, scratching from the pet or careless storage. Damage to the cover caused by an external factor is not covered by the warranty. It is often possible to order a new cover via customer service. Request a new cover for your InnoPet product here. Your request can be processed faster if you produce the request form.
