How do I submit a warranty claim?
If you wish to file a warranty claim for your InnoPet® product, please follow the steps outlined below for a smooth resolution.
Step 1: Gather the required documents
To facilitate a prompt and effective handling of your warranty claim, you need to provide the following documents to the store:
- A copy of the purchase receipt indicating the purchase date.
- A photo or video showcasing the issue you are experiencing with the product.

Step 2: Fill in the warranty request form
Once you have collected the necessary documents, send them to us via the warranty request form.
Step 4: Await the resolution
