Do I have a warranty if I no longer have a proof of purchase/receipt?

Having a purchase receipt is generally required to make a warranty claim. This receipt demonstrates when and where the product was bought. Without a purchase receipt, validating the warranty can be challenging. If you no longer have a purchase receipt, we recommend contacting us to discuss whether there might be alternative forms of proof we can consider.

Please note that in the case of evidence other than a store receipt, we will assess whether it can be considered as valid proof to support the warranty. Our aim is to find fair and reasonable solutions to determine the validity of warranty claims.
