Step 2: Request for spare parts
We typically keep most spare parts for our products in stock. If you have damage that isn't covered by the warranty, these parts can often be purchased. When making your request, we will need the article number of the product. If you don't have that information, including a picture of the product will be sufficient.
Step 3: Calculate shipping costs
To provide you with the best assistance, we also require your address details. This will help us calculate the shipping costs for you.
Step 4: Making the Payment
After receiving your message, we will communicate the price (including shipping costs) and our bank details to you. Once we have received the payment, we will send the spare part to you.
