  2. Expect a response: After completing the request form, you can expect a response. This can range from an immediate solution to a request for more information about the problem so we can get a better understanding.

  3. We come up with a solution: We naturally assume that we can solve the problem with you. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we do our utmost to come up with a good solution for every complaint.

  4. Dispute Committee: In the unlikely event that an agreement cannot be reached, you might consider submitting your complaint to a dispute committee. This is an independent organization that handles disputes between consumers and businesses. Their decision will be respected and upheld.
